How do I take part in the Mobile Unpacked Artifact Hunt?

You’ll be presented with clues related to mobile device artifacts over the August and September Mobile Unpacked webinars. If you’re a long-time watcher, you may be in luck as all of the questions will be devised from information shared previously in episodes.

As for the questions? Be sure to follow me on LinkedIn, and Magnet Forensics’ social media accounts for weekly drops of questions in September, leading up to our September 24 episode around iOS 26.

Questions will range in information about both iOS and Android and will explore Mobile Unpacked episodes from the past, present, and future!

Why join the hunt?

  • Level up your skills – Learn how mobile data comes to life in digital investigations.
  • Put your knowledge to the test – See how good you are!
  • Win bragging rights – Top scorers will earn a chance to win a new, limited-edition Mobile Unpacked challenge coin.

How it will work?

Watch the August and September Mobile Unpacked episodes for clues and to be the first to find out the questions by following Chris Vance on LinkedIn.

Then, enter your answers through a form that will be supplied on our Mobile Unpacked page. Speed of submission and accuracy will be considered when selecting winners. Once the September episode airs, you’ll have one week to complete the form!
